A 47-year-old resident of Solone died on 5 September 2026 during a document check by a mobile TCC team.

  • 05.09.2026, about 07:30 — the 102 line received a report that a 47-year-old local man had been found dead in Solone, Tovstenska hromada, Chortkiv district. Investigators from police station No. 4 in Zalishchyky and medics went to the scene.
  • That morning a mobile TCC and SP team was notifying people in the hromada. During the document check the man said he felt worse. The medics who arrived pronounced him dead.

Ternopil region police said the body showed no signs of a violent death. The forensic examination gave cardiovascular failure as the cause. The case was entered in the ERDR under article 115 of the Criminal Code with the note "natural death". Police are still establishing the circumstances. The Military Law Enforcement Service is also checking.
