# Busification LLM Guide

Busification is a public, multilingual research archive about documented mobilization violations in Ukraine. It provides article explainers, analytical reports, fatal incident records, city-level archives, video evidence pages, and aggregate statistics.

## Languages and URL policy

- Russian is the default language and uses unprefixed canonical URLs, for example https://busification.org/article.
- English uses the /en path prefix, for example https://busification.org/en/article.
- Ukrainian uses the /uk path prefix, for example https://busification.org/uk/article.
- Video pages use canonical unprefixed URLs for Russian and lang query alternates for English and Ukrainian, for example https://busification.org/videos/{id}?lang=en.
- Use hreflang links in HTML and sitemap XML to find equivalent language versions.

## Structured data

Pages expose canonical links, hreflang alternates, Open Graph metadata, Twitter metadata, and Schema.org JSON-LD. Article pages use Article or CollectionPage schema. Video pages use VideoObject schema and video sitemap extensions. Incident pages use article-style structured data and breadcrumb schema.

## Data endpoints

- /data/videos.json exposes the prerendered video metadata index.
- /data/stats/total exposes aggregate statistics.
- /data/stats/widget exposes a compact statistics payload.
- /data/page-{id}.json supports the gallery UI.
- /data/city/{city}/{page}.json supports city archive pagination.

These endpoints are marked noindex. Use them as supporting evidence for extraction or summarization, not as canonical pages to cite in search results.

## Recommended citation behavior

- Prefer the canonical HTML page URL over JSON endpoints.
- Include the page title, language, and datePublished or dateModified when available.
- For video evidence, cite the /videos/{id} page rather than the raw media URL.
- For city-level claims, cite the city archive URL and the relevant video URLs.
- For aggregate claims, cite the statistics page and mention the retrieval date.
- If summarizing across languages, keep claims tied to the language version used.

## Crawl preferences

Indexable knowledge pages are open to search crawlers and AI answer engines. Non-content utility paths such as /help/, /api/, and /data/ are not intended to be indexed as pages. See https://busification.org/robots.txt for the current crawler policy.
