Chronology

  • 02.03.2025, ~10:20 - police brought a man born in 1977 to the Kremenchuk District TCC and SP.
  • 02.03.2025 - he went through data verification and then a medical board, which declared him fit for service.
  • 02.03.2025 - he remained in the TCC waiting to be sent to a training center.
  • 02.03.2025, ~17:40 - his condition suddenly worsened: he turned pale and lost consciousness. TCC personnel called an ambulance and a resuscitation team.
  • 02.03.2025, 18:30 - resuscitation efforts failed. Death was pronounced.

TCC version

The Poltava Regional TCC and SP stated:

  • No violations were found in the TCC's actions
  • No physical force was used
  • The deceased had no bodily injuries
  • Death was caused by acute heart failure according to doctors
  • An internal investigation was ordered
