Unknown man - Mykolaiv, 30.07.2025
Circumstances
On 30 July 2025 in Mykolaiv, a man fell to his death after jumping from a bridge while trying to escape from TCC personnel.
The incident was reported by the State Bureau of Investigation.
Investigation status
- The SBI opened proceedings under Part 5 of Article 426-1 of the Criminal Code (abuse of authority by a military official under martial law)
- Procedural oversight is being carried out by the Mykolaiv Specialized Defense Prosecutor's Office for the Southern Region
- Investigators are establishing the identity of the deceased and questioning the police officer and TCC personnel involved
